I'm really POed (not that I'm ever not). I just found out that Timesplitters Future Perfect is rated M. That is crap because EA usually make lighter materials (they've made one M game since they got big). Why so much violence? It is okay a little but not a lot!
Review of "Sim City 4"
Sim City 4
PC EA/Maxis. ESRB:E
I truly love this game! This game is a real time sucker because so much could happen in one month (game time). Also this game is simple to pick up but takes a lifetime to master (seriously)
First the graphics. The graphics are really nice. I mean that because the buildings look real. Some landmarks even look like someone took a picture and put it in the game. Also everything is affected by surrounding buildings for example a poor build next to a road makes the road dirty looking.
The gameplay is also simple enough to use but hard to use to make the city sucessful. For example it is very hard for your city to make money because when you start making money your expneses somehow magically jump up with out doing anything.
I have the expansion pack (Rush Hour) whic adds some cool stuff. But it is a mixed bag because the U-Drive Its are a distractions and the neew building sets should have been in the original. It does add some good new mechanics though.
With all the disasters they now reform the land not just kill people. A volcano actually makes a crater, meterors leave craters, and earthquakes spread across huge areas causing large canyons.
For those who love RTS, good clean fun, and some frustration this is for you.
Summary
9.75 out of 10
Concept:Bring back the godfather of PC gaming in a great hunk of a game.
Graphics: Brilliant. Stunning. Kick Butt
Sound: Classic songs but sometimes bad but you can download any mp3 into the game including Sim City 3000 music (best game music ever)
Playabilty: Got a mouse?
Entertainment: Kill thousands with and earthquake and then melt the town with a volcano what could be more fun?
Replay Value: Very High

George Bush... DrUNK!?!
You know how George W. Bush got drunk in the 70's and got arrested? Well he must have been really drunk because then you could like crash your car and just get ticket. Also he was really rich and rich people always get out one way or another so how'd he get arrested?

Fun Fun Fun
If anyone ever finds a blog in different language they should type a comment. It should laugh at them because they can't read it!
Cool Idea
If Reflections ever had the time I would love to see and game called Driver: Classic. It would have all the cities from Driver and Driver 2 but updated and with better graphics and road systems. Also it would have all the missions from the originals but no real story.
MMMMMmmmmmm... video games
Halluja
I created the perfect soundtrack for Sim City 4! I have tracks from the Driv3r soundtrack and some from Sim City 3000 soundtrack (aka best game music ever, tied with Driv3r soundtrack.)

Crazy Friends
I hate it when I talk to my crazy friends with sick minds because everytime I say something they always turn it into to something really sick and nasty. I know they are just joking but it is really stupid and annoying.

Review of Command and Conquer: Renegade
Command & Conquer: Renegade
PC
I truly liked this game. It was fun but simple, you landed somewhere and had to shootstuff up, no stupid objectives that were nearly impossible and it supposed to be based on one of the best RTSs (real-time strategy) ever (even though I haven't personally played Command & Conquer).
For anyone out there who loves the old school Dooms this is for you. It has a ton of enemies to shoot up with some intelligence. The enemies have different classes but each class looks the same (the makes took the shortcut of putting everyone in masks). Although the health and weapons vary by class most of the classes seem the same.
This game is fairly difficult on the Easy setting and I've made it about half way through the medium one (its harder than you think) so I don't even want to see what Hard looks like. Each weapon has a limited ammo supply so you have to really manage your ammo supply because sometimes you need a specific type of weapon. On, yeah, let's say you use up your rocket ammo blowing up a helicopter pad (because you had no explosives because you blew up a building with them) and then you run into a tank, your options are A)try and fight it with whatever you have B)Run away hoping it will go away C) Backtrack to find ammo D) Just die (become a suicide bomber).
Some great features are in this game, like the ability to make the game thrid person if like and a realy easy to use aimer. These good things are weighed down by the fact that you may be aiming at an enemy and a foot away but you can't hit him (it only happens at close range). Also they tried to include a stealth mechanic but the enemies are just too sensitive (you might not even move and they will see you).
The graphic in this game are pretty cool. All the guns look awesome and some of the levels I just played to look at them. All the people look great and move fluently. Although it looks great but when you shoot people they bend over but still hit you the gun is pointed at the ground during this process.
Summary
Concept: Shoot-'em up with some strategy
Graphics: Good but some textures and vehicles look crappy
Sound: The music seems unoticable, the guns sound great (it's like the only thing you can hear)
Playability: Standard PC FPS controls. Vehicles are a little hard to shoot from.
Entertainment: What better fun that burning a guy with a flamethrower and then spraying him with chemicals and then doing it again 180 more times!
Replay Value: Moderate
Score: 8 out of 10

Violence to Macs!!!!
We all hate technology in some shape or form but it's not so bad because those things make our lives easier (most of the time). But Macs just frickin suck. Sure they are cheap but they run on hardware from, like, 1992 just with an updated interface. If they get put into storage for awhile they often forget where their HD's are located and you need to find a system disk somewhere. One of my friends found a way to fix this temporaily, you smack the right side of the computer in the right spot when it turns on. He discovered this when he was angry with the $250 piece of crap that he had to deal with.
I would totally love it if someone out there started a blog about hating Macs I would visit it all the time. If such a thing exists please tell me.

I LOVE The Daily Show
The Daily Show (with Jon Stewart) is a really goofy news program on Comedy Central. The whole program is a joke but they are hilarious. My favorite is when they show a recordingof W speech and they count the times he uses the words "Freedom" and "Liberty". The Final Score: Freedom:51(or something like that) Liberty:27 (or somehting like that).

Review of Destruction Derby 64
Destruction Derby 64
Nintendo 64
I thought this game was the coolest when I was 7. It had car crashes all the time and back then I loved them but now I relize that the car crashes weren't that great. What I mean is that there isn't much visible damage on the car, at most your hood will pop off or some flames come out of the engine.
I was also disappointed at the shortness of this game there are only two modes in single player and about four in multiplayer. Another issue with shortness is the length of a race, sometimes (if you are driving a weak car) one crash and your car blows up. Also there are very few unlockables and the majority of them are almost impossible (and hard to figure out what to do). There is also a limited number of tracks (they all seem the same) for the mode wher you drive in a circle craching in to cars going the opposite direction and there are only four for the arena version.
The cars are very unbalanced because once you unlock the ambulance (the best car) you win almost every time because you can take so much damage. Also no matter what car you drive you always race against the worst cars in the game (with some of the worst AI ever [they get stuck all the time and you have to find them and blow them up]) no matter how good your car is. The tournaments are very generic because they have no variety and the only differnce between each tournament is how many and what tracks you race on.
The best of the game is when you go really fast and just kill the other car in one crash even though you take almost no damage. But this can only happen in the race mode not arena mode where the points you get for each crash is really low (like 10) but this is where all the action should be.
Summary
Concept:Make a bash'em up with no replay value let alone play value.
Graphics: Cool explosion effects (for the N64) but poor visible damage. Environments are ok.
Sound: The annoucer is annoying! He has only like 5 lines! The music is forgettable.
Playablity: Two words describes it: Gas and Brake
Entertainment Value: Bashing cars is fun but five seconds into this and it starts to look like a piece of white bread with mold.
Rating: 4 stars out of 10

New Item
From now on I will have a new section in my blog for video game review. I am desperate for people to see my opions on overrated and underrated games. These will appear at least once a week (hopefully) and will include old and new games for PS2, Gamecube, Game Boy Advance, maybe even SNES, NES, Game Boy, and PSone. Feel free to post your opinions on the comment board because I love to hear about games.
Driv3r Soundtrack
I bought the Driv3r soundtrack and it rocked it has so many great songs (my favorites are Zero PM and Static in the Cities) but the most annoything is this stupid mini story (if you could call it that) at the beginning (and sometimes the end or even the middle) of track that is boring and uncool (even though it is done by one of the best musicians on the CD).
Detroit Pistons Go to White House
Remember how the Detroit Pistons won the NBA championship (Ha Ha stupid Pacers!) last year, well yesterday they went to the White House. Can you imagine that? The Pistons talking all ghetto and the Big W talking red neck speak. They probably had a translator! Funny, I thought the state sport in Texas was stupid contests.

God's Debris
I read the book God's Debris and it rocked. It may sound like it is a religious book but it really has nothing to do with religion. Basically it is a different description of reality. I won't tell much more because you have to read it to undersatnd it but the ending is the best in the history of the books. When is say it is hard to understand it isn't really technical is more like a novel.
Disclaimer: Although the book contains no sex, violence, or language but it contains concepts that may inappriopriate for children under 14. Also the author recommends that you don't read it if you are over 50 and that you read it if you are in your twenties. It may be inappropirate for kids under 14 because it could change their thoughts and beliefs because they are too open minded.
